Sunset Lakes, kissimmee
Lying to the east of Lindfields, less than a mile from the 192 on the south side of Funnie Steed Road is the exclusive gated community of Sunset Lakes. All of the villas are of executive standard, and are some of the most sought after vacation homes. The community offers two lakes, one with a small fishing pier, cabana and dock, a community area with communal swimming pool, and furnished sun terrace and a children’s playground. This beautiful private home is situated in a quiet cul de sac with open aspects.
About The Villa
Inside living area
Enter the Villa through our welcoming doorway. The hallway leads to 3 delightfully decorated bedrooms, all designed with love and thought for our own family.
The main master bedroom features a King size bed (US king/UK california queen), nitestands, dresser, TV and patio doors leading onto the deck. There is a large en-suite bathroom, with full size oval tub, walk in shower, double vanity, and walk in closet.
The second master features a Queen size bed, (US queen/UK king) nitestands, dresser, closet, and TV. The en-suite has a large walk in shower and vanity.
Moving thru to the next bedroom, you will find a gorgeous Princess Room. It's decorated for any budding princess, young or old! We have 2 twin beds, nite-stands and a closet. Lamps are themed, as are the pictures, etc.
The last bedroom is our Mickey Room. All ages love this theme, and although it features twin bunks, both older kids and adults will be able to easily climb to the top, as it is reached by stairs, rather than a ladder. There is a TV and themed pictures and lamps, as well as a dresser and closet.
Our living and dinning are are open plan, with direct access to our kitchen. The villa has a modern, relaxing, comfortable feel to it. There are patio doors leading from both the dinning and living room areas, onto the deck. If you decide to opt for a night away from the parks, chill on our recliners and watch a movie on our large screen TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need to either prepare or eat any meals.
Outside area
Sit under our lanai, for shade or move onto the extra large deck to relax on our pool loungers. Either way, you will enjoy the quiet relaxation of this beautiful home. The pool has a shallow end of 3 feet or deep end of 6 feet. There's plenty of space to swim, float or play. Our pool was upgraded in June 2022, for a more modern look, while also updating our colour changing pool light system to LED's. .Our separate kiddie pool is ideal for younger kids to play around, under supervision, without getting splashed......it's also good to sit your feet in and cool down, when you return from a long day at the parks!
Villa details
The bungalow was built in October 1999, and sleeps 10 adults. It features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, open plan living and dinning areas, double garage, private screened swimming pool, extra large, extended deck and a separate kiddie pool! 2 bedrooms are en-suites and 2 are themed for the kids. One with a Princess theme and the other Mickey.
